document thermal distribution conventions and fermi limits Write down the N(edge, order, T-flag, s, sigma) call convention and its tanh/coth expansion, the equal-pole (same mass key) condition for cyclic derivative reduction, and the new Fermi-surface rules for bosons, zero chemical potentials, h-function profiles and real fermion masses. List intersecting moving Fermi steps as unsupported, link the phase-convention note through developer-link, and say that state version 11 also stores Fermi-surface evaluators. Give the Symbolica evaluation-domain note a capture date. Its cited commit is the rebased one, which becomes unreachable after a squash or rebase merge, so the note also identifies the fix by its content.
