add an independent Symbolica constant-merge reproducer

Compare separate, joint and merged evaluators against analytical values for
four expressions with builtin i and pi, in factorized and expanded form.
The unchanged source fails with pin 4d0a833 and passes with the supplied
constant-index backport. Include an independent manifest and lockfile, patch,
reproduction instructions and the equivalent upstream fix reference.

Validation: source/patch hashes match the executed before/after program;
unpatched exit 101, patched exit 0, and formatting passes. The documented Cargo
route is separate from the recorded direct compilation against prebuilt
libraries. No GammaLoop dependency selection or application code changes.

User requests:
Continue as planned, but what fix did you need from upstream symbolica? Is it not the case that the `..._phase_fix` branch of gammaloop is already in line with latest api?

Then us there anyway you can think of improving the situation regarding the remaining integrable singularity here? What kind of sampling would be needed, can you experiment with various solutions to see if something can further improve the situation? Especially around max weights found?
You can now do longer integration run to monitor the behaviour, on 20 cores. Make sure you don't waste tokens though when waiting for the outcome.
