Repair main CI prerequisites, macOS paths and Nix producer caching

Install compatible Just, Typst and prebuilt Jujutsu in the actual test jobs.
Normalize watcher paths and avoid case-insensitive README fixture collisions.
Backport the verified complex-format precision fix without changing numeric
reference checks. Authenticate NixCI cache reuse and retain producer roots
through publication under bounded build concurrency and store collection.
