oneloop: fix workspace test build and nix-ci oneloop test wiring Two CI failures on a8455a07d, both from the previous commit. 1. `gammaloop-check` / `gammaloop-clippy` (E0063). The `reduce` field added to `Save::Dot` was threaded through `save.rs`'s own unit test but not through `tests/tests/test_runs/smoke.rs`, the only other construction of that struct literal in the workspace. CI runs `cargo check --locked --workspace --all-targets`, which builds the `gammaloop-integration-tests` member; the per-package checks run locally did not. Adds `reduce: None`. 2. `gammaloop-nextest-oneloop` (missing SYMBOLICA_LICENSE, 70 ms). `nix-ci.nix` carries three hand-maintained lists, not one. The previous commit updated `nextestPackageGroups` but not `doNotBuild` or the `test` block, so the oneloop group was scheduled as an ordinary secret-less build and tripped the license guard at flake.nix:2926 instead of running as a test job with the secret injected. Every other group has both entries; this adds the matching ones for oneloop, plus the two archive-dependency entries. Verified: `cargo check --locked --workspace --all-targets` with the CI feature set is clean apart from a pre-existing `pyo3-stub-gen` failure from the local Python toolchain (identical on main); `cargo check -p gammaloop-integration-tests --all-targets` clean; `cargo fmt --all -- --check` clean. The nix-ci scheduling change cannot be verified locally — nix is not installed — so it needs the CI run to confirm.
