expose additional graph algorithms

can we expose any other algorithms?

sounds good. Concerning directedness using the underlying directlion, that should still be a possibility, and then it should be extended with settings to also use superficial. Note that gammaloop uses underlying for momentum, and therefore needs these to wokr on the underlying
