use the official Symbolica Typst payload repository

Fetch the shared Atom payload and CI interoperability checkout from
symbolica-dev/symbolica-typst-plugin. Keep the existing 4aab37aa revision,
which belongs to the official repository history, preserving its code,
plugin assets, payload protocol, and Symbolica 3.0 dependencies.
