retain Tymbolica compiler artifacts in Actions

Keep the rebuilt engines outside the Tydenso workspace cache cleanup and save their directory explicitly. The final local warm check passes in 63.43s with zero Cargo compilation.

User request: Rebuild Tymbolica with the new revision instead
