align vakint and workspace with symbolica 3 Pin the published RustRed producer and CAS stack together with the regenerated K6 asset. Preserve native solver guards, simultaneous routing, exact precision, and zero-dimensional integration samples. Use native runtime licensing after upstream removed the old OEM activation path. Validation: unchanged Vakint 83-test selection; full workspace library/test/bench checks; GammaLoop 28, Spenso 4, FeynKit 52 focused tests (one pre-existing ignored); scoped Vakint Clippy.
