Initialize Vakint imaginary placeholder as a qualified symbol

Port the existing 8f834d9 initializer correction: bare Unicode imaginary i is a Symbolica numeric literal, whereas Vakint retains its qualified placeholder until the existing numerical constants-map boundary. Do not change parser, FORM roundtrip, or complex evaluation conventions.

Add a public idempotent initialization and exact constants-map regression. Guarded release-profile check with community bindings and test targets passes; corrected installed-DSO import/numerical acceptance remains separate.
