build: pin the standalone validation harnesses to git revisions too The ill-conditioned, masters-native and shared-provider harnesses used path dependencies into references/; they now use the same pinned git revisions as the workspace (gammaloop 474478a7, oneloopmaster 264a6ce, Symbolica e679e8c1), so no manifest in the repository needs references/. build_native.py rewrites those pins to its exported snapshots.
