benchmark: final pipeline and bench-case runs on oneloopmaster d10eaa0

Pins oneloopmaster main d10eaa0 (hand-written binary64 C0/D0 kernels) and
records NinjaRS pipeline-bench (seven physical diagrams, widths 1/8/32/128)
and case-bench (identical inputs, physical and synthetic) results; the
report gains a gate summary and identical-input physical rows from
case-bench. All three gates hold on every physical diagram: pure reduction
x0.47-0.59 of Ninja, masters x0.29-0.71 of OneLOop, end to end x0.18-0.52
of MadLoop.
