build: depend on pinned git revisions instead of references/ checkouts Every Rust dependency now comes from a public git revision: FeynKit, Spenso and Idenso from alphal00p/gammaloop 474478a7, oneloop from alphal00p/oneloopmaster 264a6ce, and the patched Symbolica e679e8c1 (published as alphal00p/symbolica branch ninjars-pin). A plain clone or 'cargo install --git' builds without references/, and results are bitwise identical to the local-checkout build at the same revisions. The unused typst-library/typst-svg/clarabel patches are dropped. dependencies/local-references.toml restores the local checkouts for development; the README documents the [patch.crates-io] block that git consumers must repeat in their root manifest.
