Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the contour-box regression fixes

cargo run --release --features rust-codegen --example generate_native --
src/native and cargo run --release --no-default-features --example
rebuild_evaluators -- assets/evaluators D0 at the previous commit.
generated_d0.rs is 2,788,711 bytes (2,778,712 before); the D0 asset is
2,043,438 bytes, SHA-256 2499517f7ba43cf65eb4de1785c59db983f2850e9896df732f4c6fd0dd16f11f
(assets/evaluators/README.md). A second regeneration gives the same
hashes; the A0, B0, dB0 and C0 files are unchanged.
