Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the contour box's line offsets and the one- and two-mass sheets

One regeneration for the contour box's line-edge pole offsets and second
contour (dbb2217, e72b404) and Denner and Dittmaier's sheets for one- and
two-mass boxes with a width (9f663c5, a5da789). It replaces the three
branches' own regenerations (b66adf1, e840093, 7e62f00), which were not
carried over.

cargo run --release --features rust-codegen --example generate_native --
src/native changes generated_d0.rs (2,778,712 bytes) and
generated_constants.rs; the other families' generated files are identical.
cargo run --release --no-default-features --example rebuild_evaluators --
assets/evaluators D0 writes a D0 asset of 2,040,088 bytes, SHA-256
e0696d394224dfbae318b51bdb59ef6fa42a6b9388564199e3312f974072d900
(assets/evaluators/README.md). A second run of both commands gives
identical files.

Tests: cargo test --release --features generated-evaluators --no-fail-fast
-- --test-threads=1 passes (237 passed, 0 failed, 7 ignored), including
d0_vanishing_gram, d0_one_mass_width, d0_two_mass_width,
d0_collinear_limits and expression_construction. The definitions total
100,402,551 bytes against that test's bound of 100,663,296 (09b2c74:
94,343,148).

D0 oracle sweeps (tests/oracle_sweep.py, seeds 1-4; native, --generated,
--expression) give the failure lists of 09b2c74 on every route and seed.
The largest stable binary64 error of seed 2 drops from 1.09e-9 to 9.7e-10
(native) and 8.3e-10 (generated, interpreted). In seed 3, one three-mass box
where OneLOop is unstable loses up to 1.1e-10 (generated) to 3.9e-10
(interpreted) in its relabellings, against at most 2.9e-12 before; that
and three more boxes that lose accuracy are listed in STATUS.md.

Retired instructions per binary64 D0 call (perf stat -e instructions:u,
2001 minus 1 repetitions) on the 22 NinjaRS master streams, against
09b2c74: geometric mean +0.21%, at most +0.47% (gg-hh-top-box-2), at
least -0.06%.
