Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the contour chart tests

generate_native and rebuild_evaluators D0 for the chart tests of the
previous commit (with PR #9's and PR #10's source changes, regenerated in
c06d9fb). generated_d0.rs is 2,305,296 bytes and d0.bin 1,401,142 bytes
(SHA-256 d22e97cbd31c92768a6d973d6b286c6c9d63b7f4f1a81da15c988fd87eecc54b,
recorded in assets/evaluators/README.md); a second regeneration gives
identical hashes. As in PR #9's own regeneration (2595ed5), the C0 SymJIT
asset is not rebuilt.
