Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the contour-box fixes, two-mass complements and Symbolica pin

One regeneration for the contour-box regression fixes (14dd171), the
two-mass sheets' mass-pair complements (66d84ec) and the Symbolica pin
9cdc2949 (5cad984, f551e9e). It replaces the branches' own regenerations
(7f3193e, 19fdecd), which were not carried over; the pin alone changes no
generated file.

cargo run --release --features rust-codegen --example generate_native --
src/native changes generated_d0.rs (2,794,680 bytes; 9a898ee 2,778,712)
and generated_constants.rs; the other families' generated files are
identical. cargo run --release --no-default-features --example
rebuild_evaluators -- assets/evaluators D0 writes a D0 asset of 2,044,124
bytes, SHA-256
2a3edfc4ce3408088c02e8977a9d0e2e36bcd568f819a45f266427804ff3d940
(assets/evaluators/README.md, with one dated sentence naming the contour
regressions, the two-mass complements and the pin). Both sizes are the sum
of the two branches' own growth on 9a898ee. A second run of both commands
gives identical SHA-256 for every generated_*.rs and *.bin file.
