Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the kept contour line products

generate_native and rebuild_evaluators D0 for the previous commit's
registered products_kept (box_complex::tfun_lines, tfun_edge_probe and
tfun_chart).
generated_d0.rs: 2,437,684 bytes, SHA-256
7cbc281eb14afc2e7db7feb27117d52846aa1ca191ec016253433bc2e0e2d803;
d0.bin: 1,447,961 bytes, SHA-256
3d0ad2d09123d1ac7bc865e0f5ea6b031088214c20b04ff6db837f10613bd9ba
(recorded in assets/evaluators/README.md with a dated sentence);
generated_constants.rs gains 2^96 (the rounding-level exemption) and -64
(the end distance). A0, B0, dB0 and C0 are byte-identical. A second
regeneration from the committed sources gives the same hashes.
