Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the one- and two-mass sheets (intermediate)

Regeneration of claude/olm-sheets (c06d9fb plus the one-mass mass-pair
complements, the binary64 two-mass product complements and the two-mass
root ordering), so that its generated and SymJIT routes can be evaluated;
to be dropped when the candidate is regenerated once at the end.
generated_d0.rs: 2,229,678 bytes, SHA-256 2dacb2102fd63c49...96c3895;
d0.bin: 1,373,891 bytes, SHA-256 b810d62224e4afff...35d0f20d8;
generated_constants.rs gains the constant 2^-40 (index 94, used by D0
only). A0, B0, dB0 and C0 are byte-identical. A second regeneration from
the committed sources gives the same hashes. The README's D0 row and
dated sentence follow this regeneration.
