Regenerate native D0 code and the D0 SymJIT asset

From the one-mass sheets of bd619ca and the two-mass sheets of the previous
commit (this branch does not carry e840093, the one-mass branch's own
regeneration): cargo run --release --features rust-codegen --example
generate_native -- src/native (generated_d0.rs, 2,664,661 bytes, and
generated_constants.rs change; the other families' files are identical) and
cargo run --release --no-default-features --example rebuild_evaluators --
assets/evaluators D0 (1,996,368 bytes, SHA-256
15759e9f0ca2e2feb233959efa8ccbb8382a7b449485d83e9ce2825637270562). Both are
reproducible: a second run gives identical files.

Tests: cargo test --release --features generated-evaluators --
--test-threads=1 passes (235 passed, 0 failed, 7 ignored), including
tests/d0_one_mass_width.rs and tests/d0_two_mass_width.rs on the native,
generated, SymJIT, DoubleFloat and 128-bit routes.
