Regenerate native code and the D0 asset for the contour box's line offsets

`cargo run --release --features rust-codegen --example generate_native --
src/native` and `cargo run --release --no-default-features --example
rebuild_evaluators -- assets/evaluators D0` after the two previous commits:
generated_d0.rs and the constant table (4096 added, Symbolica's term order
moves others) change, the other families' generated code does not. The D0
asset is 1,993,555 bytes, SHA-256
489d3daf951e6511581e49086748e0f8e89495e02a5ca74fa7bc4a874f49126b
(assets/evaluators/README.md).

Tests: `cargo test --release --features generated-evaluators --
--test-threads=1` passes (233 passed, 0 failed, 7 ignored).

Oracle sweeps (tests/oracle_sweep.py, D0, seeds 1, 2, 4 and 3 --generic,
9,348 to 9,600 rows each, against 09b2c74; native hand-written kernels,
generated code, and interpreted expressions with interpreted Float at 256
bits): the same failing rows on every route and seed, none fixed or
regressed (the base points carry no near-vanishing Gram determinant); the
largest stable binary64 error of seed 2 drops from 1.09e-9 to 9.7e-10
(native) and 8.3e-10 (generated, interpreted).

Binary64 D0 values on the 309 distinct D0 calls of NinjaRS's recorded
master streams change at the rounding level in 35 (hand-written), 170
(generated) and 164 (SymJIT): the generated code and the asset follow
Symbolica's new term order.
