Use Symbolica 3.0.1 with shared HEP symbols and usage-based citations Keep one released Symbolica kernel across the library and Python build roots. Expose the canonical master symbols in the shared HEP adapter, retain lazy backend initialization and the zero-root triangle repair, and regenerate the native code and portable evaluators from the merged formulas. Provide global symbolica.get_citations() in the development host. Package and OneLOop paper citations activate on use through relaxed atomic flags; importing the module alone only reports Symbolica's requested Zenodo reference. Validation: 73 Rust checks passed across numerical, precision, generator, shared-expression and startup suites; the Python suite passed 36 tests with 2 standalone-only skips (including two updated numerical-alias retests). All five regenerated evaluator assets passed their fixture checks. The combined community host passed 65 citation/reduction checks after updating its process construction test. Its reducer passed 91 Rust tests.
