Record the FG resume timings in the CP5 checkpoint note Fills the restore-phase timings (verify 7 ms, decode 207 ms, validate 31 ms for a 20.7 MB generation) and the final stop/resume sequence measured with the uncommitted-aware change stamp; completes the earlier WIP docs commit.
