LC2 note: patch-free Symbolica build, gates, prepared campaign, owner command Launch Candidate 2 = unmodified upstream Symbolica dev ef0db494, thread-owned contexts, the atom-format preflight and the v5 -> v6 owner converter. Records the gates (suites, strict Ordered identity on 7 controls with v6 inputs vs 4a17f9c7 on v5, oracle 7/7), launch binary rustred-lc2-fd9b9ac9, input digests, the prepared (not started) campaigns/five-loop-qcd-feynman-d9d10-lc2 and its functional smoke, and the owner's launch command.
