Root-closure blockers: FIFO composition ahead of each blocker Each blocker id quantile now also counts the unreserved obligations before it that lie outside the projection union and those a comparison initial domain contains, and the projection union reports the admitted-per-scanned ratio of the graph and of the projection at the reservation scan.
