W0.6 inputs note rev 2: I1 size by unit and window, oracle rule, guard rank term I1 sizing restated: L* carries 16-26 % of contended inspector seconds, 28-44 % of native-operation / term-visit counts and 22-35 % of the K=1-equivalent Apply native work (per-class harness calibration, two runs), cumulative gens 1-7 to the gen-7 append; the first version's 16.5 % was cumulative contended seconds. Still a domain-count lever, not a >= 2x work lever; in the probes I1 raises Apply operations. Gate 0.6 I1 and the W1.3 witness gate are PROVISIONAL: the round-2 independent verifier passes on all 18 gate arms, but the oracle branch is not merged.
