Add the FABLE handoff and the launched QCD-renormalization campaign inputs Records the interim five-loop campaign launched in the fable_5_1 Zellij tab (validated 183-query physics-scoped input, Ready policy, frozen binary, 50 workers, 700 GB guard) and commits the exact input artifacts (queries, receipt, classification, entry plans, matching summaries) for reproduction.
