Exhaustive hand-over of the Opus 5.5 session (2026-09-26/27): the ultimate-campaign
goal (100 cores, 600 GB, owner launches in Zellij tab fable_5_1), owner rules,
campaign/branch/binary state, measured findings (coordinator-bound engine, growth
laws, redundancy, root blockers, wave-2 results, W0 lanes incl. the in-process
scaling FAIL and the residual-inspection gate PASS), the master plan summary,
per-lane W0 status with remaining work, the combined four-loop run, next steps and
an operational handbook.
