Persist source-replayed partial owner repairs and stage routed campaigns Add strict cold replay/descent, immutable selection and checkpoint binding, generic exceptional-case probes, and portable sidecar staging. Retain bounded rule-quality portfolios as opt-in work with performance validation deferred. Core public tests 4/4, app integration tests 5/5, staging/upgrade tests 39/39 pass; actual five-loop ray repair cold-loads with unchanged terminals.
