Add bounded caller-thread routed tracing with cancellation

Reuse the checked FIFO worker kernel without nested threads. Preserve native admission, guards, resource accounting and frontier reporting; add inline/parallel and failure regressions. Record independent source and 338-test focused audit, while leaving CP6 summary integration pending.
