Collect weighted numerators in denominator coordinates before expansion Use Symbolica's simultaneous literal substitution, native polynomial collection and numeric-only normalization while preserving source poles and operational bounds. Add exact cancellation, resource-policy and captured-input regressions; document the 811/813 admission audit and the remaining configured routing-work limits.
