Reuse completed finite reduction work across exact batches Integrate audited source slice 8d4e1c10. All 542 candidate regressions pass, including the 67 shared-campaign tests; root independently reran the latter. Preserve legacy defaults and distinguish per-batch work grants from cumulative closure retention. Durable campaign storage and publication remain separate gates.
