Expose generic bridge arities and configurable runtime dispatch Add checked const-generic solve/certificate APIs, a build-configurable runtime registry defaulting to 1..16, reusable caller dispatch, and a Python capability query. Preserve native algorithms, options, cuts and exact certificate behavior. Optimized validation passed 7 high-arity bridge tests including a nonzero generic17 solve outside the default runtime registry, 2 downstream macro tests, 12 existing bridge tests, and FeynKit Rust typecheck.
