Extend exact replay to complete bounded entry regions

Reuse Symbolica-backed finite enumeration, check whole-domain equality and seed completeness, and retain strict cold replay and default-off behavior. Record successful four-loop, H55 and original physical-region controls plus the complementary ordinary-IBP chart proof.
