Generalize native target lifting and retain bounded proof evidence Share Symbolica field-generic target-block execution with a private factorized experiment; record all matched observations and regression caveats. Retain total-excess proof owners without granting bounded publication authority, and report sector failures immediately without changing deterministic collection. Validate release core/app/Python suites and full K6 cold regression.
