Build exact K6 foundry campaign infrastructure Separate autonomous and external-hints-only search inputs, add deterministic full-rank wave orchestration and monitoring, authenticate retained rules against regenerated sources, and harden finite-carrier closure semantics. Extend the Rust, CLI, and import-rustred Python surfaces while removing the obsolete product-moment prototype and all FORM RHS diagnostics.
