Add guarded cache sessions and resumable native cache-pack preparation Bind explicit mutable caches to authenticated artifacts, preserve root guards and homogeneity, and reclaim evictable completed roots under shared pressure. Add bounded native binary store/bundles with aggregate quotas, atomic durable preparation, and recovery tests. Keep ordinary reductions unchanged and five-loop data external. Verified 146 optimized core regressions, 18 exact-source IO/planning tests, release app/Vakint checks and independent audits; public lower-loop runtime gates remain next.
