Add bounded Janet/Ore completion seeding Implement exact chart lifting, same-head preprocessing, guarded monic Janet completion, and typed requested-domain support feeding the existing campaign coordinator. Add release-only K6 diagnostics and record the complete serial pre/post-monic study with an audited cure programme.
