Show rough whole-invocation input ETA in finite campaigns Capture retained input counts from lossless initial checkpoint milestones and extrapolate only newly committed throughput. Keep the estimate distinct from descendant trends and publication, expose it in structured/plain/TUI output, and validate resume races, zero progress, large counters and terminal rendering. No solver or checkpoint changes.
