Add chronological exact-session replay ledger

Seal typed dependent, NoTarget, and affine-equality transitions behind exact session authority. Add fresh-shadow chronological replay, cumulative resource accounting, and a complete retained source-parent graph census with exact shared-allocation suppression. Document the frozen GMP-enabled validation and the audited Symbolica-first algebra migration boundary.
