verify complete source-port vacuum rule sets against original IBPs Add a cold replay/descent/whole-sector audit using native Symbolica sparse reduction. Verify full weighted original-source identities, including exact finite activation boundaries, without treating projected proposals as authority. The complete K1, K3 and 617-rule K6 censuses pass identically at one and six workers. Retain the explicit boundary: durable source-port artifacts and Vakint three-loop acceptance are not yet installed. Document parallel delivery and acceptance plans.
