Add opt-in modular source-circuit master refinement Discover finite terminal circuits with Symbolica finite fields and native rational reconstruction; publish only exact full-column source products with replayed provenance and guards. Preserve exact default, checkpoint schemas and the legacy campaign default. Add distinct resumable modular checkpoints, CLI/Python policy controls, deterministic native tests and release evidence. Remove sibling private collection/census transport ceilings, and record the rejected mapped-polynomial cache experiment without a full-refinement speedup claim.
