add source-port artifact ordering and exact sector-sign pruning

Persist the uncut SpIRed order with shared concrete and uniform-shift semantics. Prune only proved affine row-bound contradictions using native Integer arithmetic. Independent audits and20 release runs preserve all established outputs and establish strict347-rule parity on the repaired PM sector. Keep cold K6 artifact certification and Vakint acceptance explicitly pending.
