Investigate Symbolica reconstruction for terminal-targeted refinement Add a read-only native-state coefficient reconstruction diagnostic with caller-owned prime budget, exact equality checks and explicit non-solver timing boundaries. Document existing Symbolica APIs, source-weight exact-product validation, modular selection caveats and a falsifiable terminal-circuit backend proposal. Strengthen the independent refiner resource protocol control for 128 workers; preserve the delivered parallel executable and all production campaigns.
