Compile routed campaigns only at shared solver capacities With capacity-dispatch, compile generation, matching, routing, both walkers, feedback, restore and cold verification at storage widths 4, 8 and 16. Keep physical family coordinates, ordering, source proofs and public candidate records distinct from padding. Authenticate checkpoint wire widths against the manifest and reject nonzero padding during conversion. Forward capacity-dispatch to the Python campaign bridge and cover physical priority-export parity and padding validation.
