Show discoveries per recursive closure in campaign monitoring

Use paired trailing-hour D/C with JSON-safe infinity and requested ratio colors; retain pending arithmetic and raw-rate plots. Independently reviewed; 104 Python tests pass. Live releases remain untouched.
