Make finite campaign limits configurable and restore a complete solve dashboard Propagate caller resource policy through tracing, publication, refinement, inspection and portable runtime loading. Support uncapped aggregate limits and larger caller-budgeted frames without changing scope authority. Add aligned finite progress, measured CPU use, bounded plain logging and correct inline viewport cleanup. Verified 319 targeted native tests, codec and Python gates, actual 4200-window publication stress and native terminal rendering. Preserve unrelated FeynKit work and all existing campaigns.
