stabilize reconstruction and experimental four-loop application Keep Symbolica-native reconstruction with branch/support checks and exact replay. Add saved candidate loading, finite reachability reports, selected-rule replay, and generic vacuum admission/lowering helpers without claiming four-loop certification. Focused gate: 77 core and 11 candidate-bundle tests pass; independent implementation/math audit completed. Broad regressions and benchmark checkpoint report follow separately.
