Validate affine predicate rule ownership and cold replay Use Symbolica-native guard factorization and exact implication, affine-aware finite coefficient leaves, exact predicate covers and persisted exclusions. Keep all original-source, guard, descent and coverage gates, with a private checked-domain cell boundary. Bump source-port plan to 0x703 without compatibility shims. Release H sector regression: 94/94 replays and descents, exact cover, 1202 lowered cells; 44.44s including two replay passes. K1/K3/K6 durable tests pass. Final debug source-port95, affine117 and codec10 pass (overlapping selections). Independent implementation and closure audits pass. Full four-loop family artifacts remain pending; documentation records this boundary and the separately pushed MATAD routing correction.
