Add guarded candidate cache sessions and portable cache snapshots Share cache mechanics without promoting candidate authority; preserve canonical terminal rows, guards, physical arity and common-mass restoration. Add bounded resident exports, durable preparation resume with backing refresh, and verified streaming copies of complete immutable bases. Passed 173 distinct optimized core tests, 40 full native application tests and independent audits. Real 1-3L Vakint cache gates are published separately; four-loop adapter and final warmup packs remain in progress. No production artifacts or caches committed.
