Allow legacy campaign resumes to honor explicit process RAM ceilings Wire the existing process-limit policy through legacy supervision, rescue and postprocessing while retaining host-aware defaults. Preserve both symbolic-domain and finite-demand lanes and frozen solver/checkpoint state. Record the host-reserve stop, honest higher-rank comparison and validated resume command. No native solver changes or production restart.
